  • We will assess your case and, if deemed valid, guide you through the return process.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • An item that has been used and/or the product is without original tags.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at clothing.bedlamm@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

5. Refund Policy:
