We will assess your case and, if deemed valid, guide you through the return process.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
An item that has been used and/or the product is without original tags.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
5. Refund Policy:
Once our team have looked over the request, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
